One-Time Import

Each data source imports once. Contradictions require fix-at-source and re-import. Once clean, data locks permanently.

Fix at Source

If CRM says 28 specialists but HR says 31, the source must be corrected. AgenSea does not reconcile differences.

Import Lock

When all sources are clean and imported, the agency profile locks. After lock, AgenSea becomes the system of record.

Immutable Record

After import lock, performance data, conflicts, capacity, and authority mapping cannot be manually edited.
